   • ANSWER:
     You have got to be in it to win it. Competitions for wedding related prizes are often only entered by those close to getting married therefore the numbers of people entering would not be as large as for mainstream competioions. so I would enter. what have you to lose.

   • ANSWER:
     This is a wonderful salad, and the presentation in the pineapple boat makes it a lovely wedding dish.
     You could also serve individual scoops of the salad on a lettuce leaf with a pineapple ring. The original recipe didn’t include grapes, but it’s a nice added touch.

     Chicken Salad

     1 pound chicken breast meat, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
     1/2 cup diced celery
     1 cup mayonnaise
     1/4 teaspoon salt
     1/4 teaspoon pepper
     1/2 teaspoon sugar
     1/2 teaspoon onion powder
     1/4 cup toasted almonds
     1 tablespoon lemon juice
     1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
     1 cup green grapes, cut in half
     alfalfa sprouts
     whole fresh pineapple for serving, optional

     Place chicken in large mixing bowl; add celery and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix with rubber spatula.

     To serve in pineapple shell, cut whole pineapple in half lengthwise. Using a grapefruit knife, cut around the inside of the pineapple, leaving about 1/4″ from the edge. Scoop out remaining pineapple.

     Place a bed of sprouts in the shell; scoop salad mixture on top. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. toasted almonds and serve chilled.

   For the Royal Wedding between Prince William and Katherine Middleton, I am taking part in a design an egg competition. I have to decorate 1 hard boiled egg to match the theme of the royal wedding.

     Actually, Michael’s craft store has a ton of baking items including neat colors including silver and gold. If you don’t have a Michael’s near you, many other craft store also carry baking goods! Good luck!

7. QUESTION:
   My wedding and my friend’s are just one month and one week apart!?
   I’m getting married by the end of May and one of my friends in July. We will use the same church and the same decorators. Even the people we have invited are largely the same. Receptions will be held at different salons, though. The point is: comparations between the 2 weddings will be inevitable. Since I go first, I think I have the upper hand in some aspects. But I’m still trying to figure out how to make MY wedding memorable. I’m not talking about competition, because I believe every wedding has its own charm. But I do want my wedding to stand out.

     Take a lot of pictures. Have a video made. Do not worry. Weddings are about the love and binding promise made between a bride and groom. What else matters?

     Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you’ll inevitably have as well as many you haven’t anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

      It sounds generic and impersonal, and something that a million couples have said already. Basically, it’s not going to be the winning saying.

      Make it hit closer to home, more personal, and not sound like an after-school special.

      Edit: “We already have the communication, the love, the trust, and want nothing more then to celebrate that with those that we love. This wedding would mean everything to us.”

      “Ah marriage. Can’t have one of those without a wedding! We want nothing more then to share and celebrate our union with our loved ones and have fun doing it!”

      “Weddings can’t be described as a whole generic definition, but can only be lived through the memories each individual couple makes. We plan on making the best.”

12. QUESTION:
    How can I make this dress look LESS wedding-like?
    I’m doing a modeling competition/pageant in a couple months and do not want to buy a new dress. My old prom dress from 2004 is a white a-line/ballgown styled dress. Strapless, beaded top, some beading along the skirt. (Can’t find a photo.) Suggestions on how I can make it look less like a wedding dress? I also do not want to dye it another color. So please help!       Perhaps add accessories like a bright coloured sash, or a bow on the front or something. Other than that, you could put a different coloured fabric over the skirt or something?

13. QUESTION:
    Are two people of the same gender allowed to legally marry in Australia?
    I ask because the radio station seems to be having some sort of lesbian wedding competition.

    • ANSWER:
      No, not at present. Two people of the same gender may have a civil commitment ceremony, which is not legally binding. There is talk of changing the law to allow homosexual couples to have registered partnerships like they do in Sweden and Norway.

14. QUESTION:
    Do wedding photographers using digital cameras, let the couple keep the disc of pics.Under what terms usually?
    Can the wedding couple keep the disc of photos from a professional wedding photographer? Back with negatives, the couple would have to pay for the negatives, what are the traditional terms now with digital images? If they charge, how much usually. Does anyone have a general contract that the photographer uses for this? Can the couple demand the disc or ask for it? Will teh photographer offer it to stay competitive in light of new competition in among all the digital photographers? Any info you can give me on what is traditional or how the trend is moving during this time of transition from film to digital surrounding wedding photography, discs and film. photobooks etc would be much appreciated!

    • ANSWER:
      It depends on the package that you purchase. Most photographers will charge a fee for the images on a cd. But not all do. Mine isn’t charging me for it. You have to negotiate that in the beginning. Remember, EVERYTHING is negotiable when you’re getting married. Tell the photographer what you want to spend and what you want to get for it. Normally they’ll agree, maybe with a little negotations.

17. QUESTION:
    Should I miss my brother’s wedding for an important sports competition?
    I have an huge dilemma. I am 17 and have been training and competing in the same sport since I am 8 or so. My older brother has always hated it because he says that he thinks that my life should be more balanced and stuff, but I feel like I could not live without my sport.

    Last year, my brother decided to get married during next summer, he asked me when my important competitions would be to choose the date, but the dates of the competitions were not out yet… So they chose the date and invited people but I just found out that the junior world championships are happening in Europe on the same date as their wedding! I do not know yet if I will be good enough to participate in the championships, but it is certainly my goal when I am training.

    My brother says he can not change his date because people in the family already reserved vacations for the wedding… He also is quite upset with the situation and said that he really cares that I come to his wedding…

    I do not know what to do! Especially because he is not very understanding when it comes to my sport…

    Is it selfish to go to the junior world championships when I know I won’t be able to win, but would like the experience? He is my only brother and we also have a sister… What do you think I should do if I do well enough to be invited to the championships???
    I get that my brother will likely only marry once. But what if something happens next year and I can never compete again? It may be a once in a lifetime opportunity… Shouldn’t he be more comprehensive of what is important for me? I am almost giving my life away for my sport every day… His wedding is only one day in his life…

      Please go to the wedding, families are important and your relationship is forever where your sport may not be. You may not realise it but this is the sort of thing he may resent you for forever if you don’t go. His wedding is a new beginning to the rest of his life, it’s very important to him and it’s no suprise he wants his family to be there. To be honest I think you’re being a little selfish and immature, sorry but this is meant as constructive criticism.

    I have Monday – Thursday’s questions that I will be more than happy to supply if anyone caught Friday’s. I’m trying to win the competition for my best man of my wedding.     where can i find a dance competition?
    i have this kids dance group and they been dancing at parties, wedding etc… we need a competition. i need a website that could tell me different competitions in NY. where can i find a competition, where should i look for it, what book should i read? we really want this!

    • ANSWER:
      You haven’t said what kind of dance you do, so it is hard to recommend anything specific! However, if I were you, I would find a dance association that specialises in your kind of dance and get in contact with them. They may organise competitions, know of some in your area or, if nothing else, be able to put you in touch with dance teachers in your area that organise competitions or that you can organise competitions with.

      As to what to read, once you have found a competition, find out what rules they use (different associations use different rules) and read them!

      If you are qualified with an association or enter the kids for exams with one then contact them. If this isn’t the case, check any certificates you have from dance exams you have taken as they will have an association on them. If you haven’t taken any exams then your best bet is to google search (for example: “ballet dance association” or “freestyle dance association”, etc) then just try ringing a few you find as they should be able to point you in the right direction!

    I got engaged then so did my brother, don’t want to compete on the wedding, how to announce to family?
    Me and my boyfriend (now Fiance) got engaged earlier this week, planning to have wedding later this year/early next of possible and were waiting to see my family at the weekend to announce this in person.

    Yesterday, by coincidence, my brother also proposed to his gf and announced it to everyone straight away by telephone and said they are hoping to plan it for late next year.

    Now I am going to feel a little silly announcing our engagement and saying we did it earlier in the week, it sounds like I’m saying “we did it first, ner ner”, also we wanted ours this year/early next year and theirs would be late next year, and I don’t want people to think we are getting ours in first like it’s a competition.

    I know most people will say, do what you want and don’t worry what other people will think but this still feels quite an awkward situation.

    But is there a nice way I can announce it without sounding competitive? (Which I am not being, I just don’t want to steal their limelight)

      Just say to everyone over the weekend that you and your boyfriend have decided to get married and that you will be getting married by the end of the year or around the first of the year, There is no way of saying any better than this, Just make sure you tell your brother and his girlfriend that you are not trying to be competitive that you had actually gotten engaged on whatever day it was and tell him that you were planning to tell everyone in person over the weekend.

      I’m an eBay powerseller and have been selling since 2003. I’ve sold thousands of items to buyers worldwide. I’ll be glad to help you.

      You may not realize this, but many retailers and large sellers also sell their items on eBay in addtion to in their store on on their website. There is a segment of the population that will always check eBay first. You might not like this, but it is a fact.

      You may consider putting some of your items on eBay to catch those buyers. Get them to buy from you on eBay, then, you can market to them to go directly to your website or do business directly with you.

      You can add your website address to your ABOUT ME page (not allowed anywhere else), on your email correspondence, on your invoices and packing slips. You can include your business cards in their orders. You’ll come in contact with alot of buyers on eBay and you can use that to your advantage. Ask them for their email address and put together a simple newsletter or tip sheet- so that you can keep in touch with them and they’ll go to your website. Once they have bought from you on eBay, you’ll have their contact info.

      This strategy does work. You just have to start on eBay and then gain the trust of customers, and they will start coming directly to you. It is a matter of learning to play to the game to your advantage.

    My boyfriend and I have recently gone ring shopping and have been talking very seriously about getting engaged. He keeps hinting that it should happen sometime this winter
    Well he told his twin brother this and the next day the brother informs my bf that he is planning on proposing to his gf this winter too. It has been like this our whole relationship; if my bf does anything with me or he gets me something nice, they have to do it too.       You can’t stop them from taking your ideas – it’s impossible to keep every detail of the wedding a secret. But just remember that it’s NOT worth getting upset over, because all your overlapping guests (aka his family) will realize that they copied yours. It makes them look dumb, not you.

      Your wedding is going to be special and nice regardless of what they do.

    What can my aunt’s wedding rental business do to beat the competition?
    My aunt owns a business involving chair covers and linens which are provided for peoples weddings. I believe it was last year that one of her customers actually copied everything she did and started to take her business! Not only that, her competition’s husband was mean to my aunt at a wedding expo when he brought her a chair and said “Say thank you!” right when he brought it to her and it was just the way he said it that seemed very forceful. :/ A little competition is good, but I’d like my aunt to be more successful than them.

    Here are a few advantages of the competition: They have ties with a person who makes wedding cakes, they have a slideshow for their pictures, and the biggest advantage of all, they have a van with their name on the sides of it!
    Our advantages: We have more experience, we can make baskets (my aunt came in 2nd place for a basket making competition which I think might have been nation wide), our website is a little more attractive than the competition, better prices, and I believe we have more people that help set up for weddings.

      That’s great that you care about your aunt’s business and how her relationship with her contemporaries. Here is what I would recommend to your aunt.

      1. Continue doing a great job with your business. Keep your chin up and do your work. Sometimes rotten people can bring out the bad in us. I hope this doesn’t happen to you.
      2. Both of you have lovely web presences, both are professional and well done. Their website does have a very personal touch, which is effective. It would me seriously consider hiring them.
      Many of your customers will be brides and mothers who are planning basically the most important day thus far in the bride’s life. Think about that. So your site needs a touch of sentimentality, which is ironic because it sounds from your Question like your competition probably aren’t as sensitive as you. By comparison, on your site, all I see is chairs.
      3. Your business has a more elegant name. I would be proud to credit your business name on my wedding program. North Hill Chair Covers sounds very classy. This would infuence my choice between the two businesses. An easy service to get into is making wedding programs, by the way, if you have a creative talent or are good with desktop publishing software.
      4. I would partner with a reputable catering company or full service wedding venue if you can. A business partnership can be formed by visiting them to learn about their business. If they sound like they’re professional, competent and nice to work with, offer to give their customers a small discount if they use your services. Establishing the partnership also might make it a bit easier to coordinate everything come ‘show-time’. Some businesses split advertising costs by having a partnership, which is another great benefit.
      5. So what if they have a van! That’s one more ugly thing they have to park in their driveway. You can order bumper stickers for a few dollars on cafepress.com. Pin up your business card everywhere there’s a public corkboard — laundromats, libraries, cafe’s (always introduce yourself and ask if you can first). Advertise for free on craigslist. Register with wedding planning sites like theknot. Go to bridal expo’s.
      6. I wonder what you can give brides that nobody else can’t. Think! There’s got to be something. Oh that’s right! You do baskets. Where are they on your site? How do I know you are less expensive? What is the advantage? I can’t see it on your site. Please show off more. Your competition has no problem doing so, and they have the same chair covers. Honestly, in the end, I just want a reliable chair cover company that has clean chair covers, polite people, good prices, lots of payment options, and a good selection.

      I am not in the wedding service business, so I might not know what I’m talking about here; but I have been a bridezilla before, and I have 18 years of varied business and entrepreneurial experience.

28. QUESTION:
    Where can I find a padded dress cover?
    I am trying to find a padded dress cover for my daughter who is a figure skater. She has seen lots of others at competitions with the padded version which have been embroidered and personalised with rhinestones etc.

    Despite searching everywhere I cannot find one, and her next competition is not until April, so can’t ask other parents now either.

    The only ones I can find are nylon, which are unsuitable, or cotton for wedding dresses, but they are not padded.

    What would you do? Shotgun wedding, or wedding of your dreams?
    My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost four years and in May we moved back in with our parents in order to save for a house and wedding. two weeks after moving I found out I was pregnant. So, now I live in an apartment and we are looking for a place to rent together to move into before the baby is born in January.

    My family is pushing us to get married once we move in together, preferably before the baby is born I guess. We do want to get married, but if we do it now it will have to be at the courthouse and we couldn’t afford a reception or anything. Plus, I’d have an obvious belly in all of my wedding pics…which I don’t really want. Yet, I’m not totally against the idea. I just don’t know.

    Recently my boyfriend and I found out that our local yearly Renaissance Fair does weddings. One thousand dollars for the wedding and even your own private jousting competition for the wedding party plus other things. I immediately got very excited because since I was young I always dreamed of having a Renaissance type wedding, but had no idea how it would happen. However, if we do decide to get married this way we will have to wait until fall 2010 since that’s when the next fair is and we might be able to afford it by then.

    I told my mom about this and she says that I am having a baby and can’t be spending my money on a big wedding now and should just get married asap and forget about saving up and doing anything like that. So, now I feel guilty for wanting to wait and do the Renaissance thing.

    My question is: What would you do? Would you get married as soon as possible and just focus on your new baby? Or would you wait and try to save money for a nice memorable wedding that you would love? I’m just not sure what would be best. Of course I want my dream wedding…but I also don’t want to be unfair to my child if I’m being selfish.

      Honey I would tell you to get married at the court house for the time being. Just so you guys can “legitimize” your marriage. Save that money for your baby. It takes a lot of money to raise a child trust me. You can always have your dream wedding later. When you aren’t in such an economical bind ya know? Your mom is right about this.       Well there’s federal tax and there’s state tax, two different items.
      Depends on your other income and the tax bracket you’re in when you file. It IS taxable, the value of the wedding received.

      The most? I would say k if I was getting everything I wanted and I knew I woulds love the services. We are paying 0 for 5 hours for our DJ, no lights or extras. We chose him because we are familiar with his work and he’s done many events we’ve attended in the past.

    camo wedding?
    Well my best friend is getting Married in the fall. We have to do some fast planning. Her and her fiance both do archery competitions and hunting so they decided to do camo themed. I’m the maid of honor, or well I guess matron of honor right? since I’m married?

      Ok – well you have to be careful with this because it can easily turn very tacky.
      I would skip the whole camofloge thing and maybe just go with using colors like hunter green and chocolate brown. For the centerpieces you can figure out how to incorporate archery…

    Should I be the maid of Honor in my moms third wedding?
    I have a love hate relationship with my mom. My biological parents first married when my mom was 18 and my dad was 20, unfortunatley the wedding was enforced because my mom was pregnant with me. Well they ended up getting divorced when I was 11 years old because my mom cheated on my dad with another man she met at a skating rink. LOL. Well come to find out my mom ended up pregnant during the time she cheated. Gets better, the man she cheated with ended up going to prison for 5 years for sexual battery or something like that. Then she marries the convict in the snack room of a prison, I wasn’t there for that. When the baby was born, my brother, no one bothered to mention a DNA test because my dad unfortunately was believed not to reproduce. Everyone assumed my brother was the Convicts baby. My mom and the convict got a divorce after being married for 5 years? During those 5 years, the convict got out on house arrest only! Since he was a registered sex offender ,me in highschool at the time, could not spend the night with my mother anytime I wanted. This is what my mom wanted. So she chose the convict over me pretty much. Then she dated some other men, yet again they did her wrong. Here I was on the back burner yet again because of another man or men. Who knows! Make a long story short out of a story That just proves how immature and crazy my mother is. The convict never signed the Birth certificate because he was in prison during the time my brother was conceived until he was about 4 years old. but mom kept my dads last name for my brother, yeah? Just recently the convict had gotten remarried and they were sick of my mom harassing them for under the table child support. This December she found out after 11 years that the convict in fact was not my brothers dad. Come to find out, my dad was my brothers dad all along. Well my mom, is getting remarried to what seems like a great guy this October. She has asked me to be the maid of honor in her wedding. I told her no that I didnt want to be her maid of honor. Then she flipps out and said well what if I didnt come to your wedding. I said I dont really care if you are there or not. She says this is the biggest and happiest moment in her life and she wants me to be there for it. The thing is, after she put me on the back burner for all those men all those years, and then finally finds her true love. She still put me on the back burner when I needed her most. Those were the biggest moments in my life. Yeah she was there for all my little things, like singing competitions and sports I played, still!! The Man she is with now HAD 4 YEARS To get to know me!! Not once did he try to get to know me. I am very out going, and I tried to get to know him. But he didnt.I am so frusted that I know all of this because she told me every little detail. I am quite sick of it. My moms side of the family wants me to be there despite how I feel about all of this. The only reason why she wants me there is because she just wants to take pictures. Pictures lie!! There is more, but the main focus to this question is. Should I be the maid of honor in my moms wedding despite how I feel?

      Be nice. You have only one opportunity to be in the pictures and that is what her family wants. They have been nice to you and can’t help your Mom is their relative. So, first off I hope you know the reason you were on the back burner is because your Mom is selfish. She is like a little kid that wants what she wants and doesn’t care who she hurts in getting what she wants. That has nothing to do with you. Sadly, we don’t get to choose our parents. Some of us get good ones and others get crummy ones. I think you are a nice person with a bright future. Don’t let these people drag you down mentally or physically. Go take the pictures, be the maid of honor. Then do your best to create your own happy life that spends very little time with them. You can do it. Put on a smile.     Ok so heres the scenario, Ive entered a competition to plan a wedding for a very happy couple in Kilkenny Co Ireland, The cost is anything up to 50,000 euro, Ive included the couples profile below so any ideas would be brilliant be it a childhood dream or an idea your using for your own special day, to give this loving couple the day they truly deserve.

    Our story is a bit long but worth a read – We first met in College in 2003. There was definitely an instant attraction between the two of us. We were on the same course so we shared most of the same classes, same friends and before long we were practically sharing an appt too. We moved in together with 5 other friends in 2nd year, but in 3rd year he left to join the guards so we then began our “long distance” relationship that was to continue until we bought our own house in 2009.
    We got engaged in 2007 at Matt’s passing out much to my amazement but I didn’t even have to think about the answer when he eventually asked (he had gotten down on one knee and when I asked him what was he doing he said as cool as ya like “nothing I have a sore ankle”) We bought a house in Paulstown which I argued is totally half way between Dublin and Kilkenny. He was stationed in Dublin (and still is) and was commuting up and down a few times a week. We had decided to get married that August – 28th August 2009 we had the hotel booked, band booked photographer booked even the dress bought when we found out to our delight that I was pregnant (we had given up on trying for a while) but the baby was due on the 8th of Sept only a week after the wedding was supposed to take place so needless to say a new baby was a little more important so we postponed the wedding. That Sept our beautiful baby daughter Arwen was born. And I can’t tell you how excited we were to learn 3 months later that we would be welcoming another little bambino to our family the following year.

    Wedding prep took the back seat again. Our world was turned upside down two weeks before my due date when we were told that our beautiful daughter had Spina Bifida. I had never heard of this before so after a lot of wiki searching – not recommended – we learned that she would need immediate surgery and would be in hospital for a few weeks after. I won’t bore you with the little details. Alex was born in August and was in hospital for the first 3 weeks of her life. She came home a week before Arwen’s birthday and we had a great big party to celebrate both Arwen’s party and Alex’s home coming.

    It’s been a tough road the last couple of years but it really has brought us closer together and I wouldn’t want to be taking this road with anyone except Matt. He really is my best friend, my soul mate and my rock. I know I can count on him for anything and vice versa,

    We rescheduled the wedding for this Nov but with the cuts in wages – as we all know – and I’m now staying at home to look after our two girls we had to cancel it again. We have considered every possibility down to just the 4 of us going off and getting married because although we have an infinite bond in our children we want to make that extra commitment to each other in the eyes of the church and the law and we want to share our special day with those closest to us who have helped us along the way to get to where we are today.
    The planning will include everything from flowers and theme to wedding dress and music. So any inspiration would be helpful.

    Tips on memorizing a speech for my sister’s wedding?
    My sister is getting married in June and I’m reading a passage at her wedding. I’m REALLLLLYY nervous to do this because I don’t want to mess up in front of everybody. I compete in public speaking competitions but i do Impromptu Speaking and Creative Story Telling, both if which require very little memorization. I am also involved in theatre but I’m not an actor im the Stage Manager so I really need some help with memorizing this.
    The other thing is am I supposed to read the title and author of the passage that I am reading? I would ask my sister but I’m too embarrassed to.
    Any help you can give would be awesome because this is my sister’s wedding after all, plus I haven’t seen her for 6 years….

      You don’t need to memorize it. Write notes on index cards and go from there. If it’s a passage you must read and not a speech then have the passage written out and read from that.

      It is easy. You can just go to courthouse and get married. No need to have a splashy wedding.

      I’m not exactly sure what those categories mean, but wedding planning is usually divided into 2 parts- planning and day of coordination. I have a wedding planner and and we are doing both parts with them. For the planning, they helped us develop a budget and figure out what kind of wedding we want. They called around to churches and reception venues and set up meetings for me to see them. It’s a big help for busy people who can’t be on the phone or internet all day researching places/things. The planners basically help you plan out your big day and do most of the grunt work.

      The day of coordinators help on the day of the wedding. They make sure the vendors are paid, everyone is where they need to be and that the timeline is followed.

      Ask the wedding planners that you are thinking about hiring what their job entails, exactly. They don’t expect that you’ll just hire them on the spot. I’m sure they’re very used to ‘selling’ their business to potential clients.

    why did i gain so much weight in so little time?
    I’m 15, 5’6 and weigh 134lbs.
    in August i weighted 115.
    i’m still the same size in jeans (size 3) and shirts (size small).
    i’ve been in weightlifting for about a month now and have a competition wed dec 9.
    i want to be in a lower weight class so how can i loose just a few pounds?

      You could be putting on muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if that’s what you did, good job!

      To loose a few pounds count down on the amount of food you eat, so that you’re body burns off excess fat (if any) and some muscle mass. But do this ever so slightly.

    How can you settle nerves?
    Basically I have a competition final on Weds night, I know what I am capable of but I get very nervous to the point where I make mistakes. Is there a good way of settling nerves? I know some people talk of having a beer or 2 but is there other ways, any foods or any other ideas?

      I take Rescue Remedy, from the Bach’s original flower remedies. You can but it in Boots. You can either place 4 drops onto your tongue or into water. I would start taking it the day before. I find it really works in calming nerves.

    I am considering going into this field, but would like some brutally honest opinions on the business. I’m doing my research, and from what I’ve read I have the capabilities and personality to be successful at it. One thing that worries me is my geographic region – I live in an rather economically stressed area that benefits immensely in the summer “wedding season” by the numbers of visitors & summer residents (I live in a national park).       I was a wedding planner on Fort Lauderdale, FL. I specialized in beach weddings and catamaran weddings. The job is ok. I left it and went to Tennessee to earn my masters degree. The reasons why are as follows: Every weekend is work, the brides really are like on “Who’s Wedding is it Anyway?”, something as silly as the size of the bridal bouquet can be a massive issue, and if somebody, such as a florist, or musician, screws up, then it is your fault. On the other hand, it is exciting and you will be busy.     Hey! I enter a piano competition with my school every year. We have three different meets: October, December, and January. I’m trying to pick two or three songs for next year to work on over the summer. The competition is 7-12th grades, and I will be a sophmore next year in level 4 of the Piano Adventures series. A few songs in my resume are:

      I have loved classical music all of my life, I play classical guitar, as for piano favorites, all time favorite, Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata , it’s one of the best, people never get sick of that piece, I also love Chopin’s opus 72, one of the new Secret Garden movies plays this all through the film and it was great. Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.3 in C major, op2 No.3 is also great, I love the Adagio, it’s about 8 minutes long. Good luck, and let us know what you decide to play!!!!!!!!
